.At least for my application it looks like the blocking style is different than what my neighbors are using. So for the past year I've been wondering if my postman would one day leave me a note to exchange it for an approved padlock. my inbox, so if you understand what you're getting I'll leave a "buy" recommendation.

After checking the post office four or five times, the key is now difficult to get in and out. When I try to insert the key, the key gets stuck halfway, but I can still turn the cylinder and open the lock. However, this is inconsistent; After inserting and removing the key several times, the lock now remains locked. My guess is that the pins get stuck in the cylinder and stay that way until the next time I insert the key. Cheap materials and very unreliable lock.

My mailbox was hacked during the Covid Pandemic. Luckily, Revain got me this replacement in a few days. The lock was easy to swap out and comes with many lock components (cams) of various sizes and shapes so it should work with many mailboxes. It is secured with a spring clip - I would have preferred a washer and nut (like my old lock) as it didn't fit my box perfectly and left a bit of play (hence 4 stars instead of 5). Quality product, 2 keys included.

That solved the problem in no time! I was watching YouTube videos on how to get into my mailbox when I lost my key and USPS offered help or locksmith assistance for a whopping $150. No thank you! I needed a dress which I ironically ordered from Revain for a work event a few days away and I work Monday to Friday. Even if I wanted to overpay I didn't have time to meet them at the pits to get the replacement completed. I bought this and replaced the existing lock in about 20 minutes. I was worried
