Love it! Perfect for my unicycle rides. The head does not sweat and the Velcro does not itch. The color isn't shiny like most helmets, but it's noticeable to cars and others. Just turn it upside down. After trying them on, I would say go down a size for the non-padded version. But I wouldn't rely on anything without the padding to really protect your head, it's enough not to look silly and to protect your head.

Too tight at the temples. I settled on a standard mountain bike helmet, which was a bit lighter and more breathable, but I had a hard time finding a helmet with straps that were long enough. If I did more stunts or skated I would keep this one. The matte gray finish was nice and felt matte rather than smooth, if that makes sense.

I have a huge skull. I have XXL, but even this size runs a bit small. It fits my head but I know the pressure will cause ugly red lines on my forehead. I'm just glad I found a brand that makes XXL easy to find. The helmet alone looks very pretty, even though I look ridiculous with my huge skull and that huge helmet on my dome. It works and my little son can't stop putting it on. :)

Took this helmet for my 12 year old. Fits great and doesn't look cheap. Very good quality helmet for the money and loves to wear it. His report is that it's very comfortable and he doesn't feel lame in it. Safety is paramount, but if it's not "cool" my kids won't wear it. My other kids were jealous so we ordered for them too. The whole area is now in sports helmets. Who would have thought that making a mark is so easy

As a skateboard newbie, I was very excited to learn about this; I would NEVER get one of those that were NOT certified. It seems crazy to me that they would even try to sell a product like this. However, this one is amazing. It fits me perfectly, is durable and very comfortable. Plenty of ventilation ensures excellent airflow without compromising protection. After all, it holds up well and adjusts beautifully. Good price.

I have been using Protec helmets for skating, skateboarding and even riding for over 15 years. This is a great product and they do the most important job they were made to do which is protecting your head! I recently bought a new one here and it fits perfectly. I like the improved, more comfortable padding that doesn't sacrifice impact protection in any way. I will be buying another helmet for my son soon as I will be teaching him how to skateboard and scooter. This is one of the few brands…
