Best PLA but requires heat treatment

I needed something that could withstand direct sunlight all day in hot summer and I was hoping HTPLA with heat treatment process would be sufficient . May be! But there's no way to glow my parts without deforming them to an unusable level, and without direct sunlight glowing enough to soften them into a hard, leather-like material. Given that the parts I'm trying to anneal are 3mm thick. Walls span up to 200mm so warping is likely, but would most likely be possible if I went through the process

Print settings are the best in 3D printing Filament

Filament prints very well, but I've found that the material varies slightly depending on the optimum temperature. When I first printed with this coil, 210°C worked very well, but after using about 1/4 of the coil I had to increase the temperature to 235°C to avoid under-extruding. It wasn't really important, just worth mentioning. Another thing that could just be bad luck - my spool had quite a few heavy tangles that caused two prints to fail. Heat treating is not as difficult as some people…

Tight and miswound on the spool

Well, the yarn itself is very comfortable, the color is excellent, it prints perfectly, it sticks well. However, the filament on the spool I received was wound so tightly that it popped and unwound from myself when printing. This isn't a huge problem though, just a bit annoying as it sounds like the pressure is coming off the bed. On the way, the filament overlapped the feed section, causing the extrusion to fail. I have never changed the spool since I first used it so this was not caused by my
