[EDIT] I received a reply very quickly that this company would send me a replacement kit for my only lock! They also suggested I try a different code (default) to see if it would work with that. I am reconsidering my 1 star rating due to Puroma's outstanding customer service. I emailed them and also left a 1 star review when my first order came in as 2 faulty locks. They responded quickly and immediately sent me 2 brand new locks that work great. I haven't had enough time to test the new locks, but I hope they last. Thank you Puroma!
