Mixed opinion. The length of it is great for my 90 gallon tank. However, the fit of the tube on the hose is loose, which periodically causes problems. I'll probably have to seal it myself with acrylic caulk. I sent one back because the leak was so big they couldn't get the siphon to siphon the tank at all. The replacement is an improvement but still leaking.

If you don't have a Python system available I highly recommend getting one. This siphon is perfect for my breeder 75. I only have one problem with it. Hose. That is, it is very large and the hose will twist if not held tight. In addition, if the hose is damaged and bent at the top, it can tear. I solved both of those problems by going to the ace and getting a spring big enough to fit the tubing and plastic at the junction. I will recommend this for Python.
