Do not buy electronics

The device never worked. I later exchanged it and the replacement didn't work. I contacted the manufacturer who said these devices had contact issues.

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Obsolete model

This makes cable connections cleaner.

I am satisfied with the overall result. This keeps the Ethernet cable connections tidier in my case. And it does what it's supposed to do - connects CAT6 cables. The LAN speed stays at 1Gbps after adding this CAT6 patch panel. Installation was pretty easy. There is enough space behind the panel for all twelve cables. Yes, the price is a bit high. Hence a star deduction.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Can I add anything?

Convenient installation for connected products

This is very convenient and works well as a place where everything is connected to the network. It's a little pricey for what it is, but it's an example of what everyone else has. He gets up and does his job.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

T568A For hubs only

Great panel but only marked T568A, not the more common (in the US) T568B. Just swap the orange and green pair and you're good to go, but it would be nice if T568B was labeled like most other panels.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Neutral

Fits and works well - if you have OCD and want to keep your settings neat and organized in the ON-q box, you have no choice. I don't like that everything is standard on T568A, while B is much more universal and compatible with everything. However, two important points are very practical. I used it with a 12 port so I can expand the basement in the future - happy with the purchase but I manually switched the wiring to be compatible with the T568B.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • It's ok
