This is great. My 3.5 month old puppy is ringing the bell to go outside. He learned very quickly and they are of good quality. Long enough for a small dog like one. These bells are of good quality. They're light enough, solidly made, and long enough for a small dog to call them outside. My Cavapoo learned quickly and is only 3 1/2 months old. He broke down completely.

I live in a big apartment and my dog and I are of "middle age" :) He is completely homeless but we both need to "walk" more often, so just bought this in case he needs to get my attention. The shape and size of the bell is perfect - I even took one off and hung it on his collar so I knew which room he was in! The only downside: THIS IS NOT BRASS, but very thin brass-like steel. I'd happily pay twice as much for a real thing or bell metal.

So this quality is finished. German shepherd puppies can and will destroy anything in their path. Still perfect after 6 months. My dog learned very quickly that when she rings the bell she goes outside. I was even surprised at how quickly she learned. Sometimes she just wants to run, but that's okay. This is a great potty training method. I bought this a few weeks ago. It simply hangs from a doorknob and has strategically placed bells so dogs of all sizes can be trained to use it. I started training by asking my dogs if they needed to be potty trained. As they ran to the door I said ring the bells and shook the bells. After about a week my dogs started ringing their own bells to ask if they should go to the potty or just go outside lol. Highly recommended.

These potty bells saved a new puppy's life. We attached it directly to the tailgate handle and the first time we had to put the pup's paw on the bells and say 'go to the potty' then she rings the bells every time she needs to go outside! They're not uncomfortable at all and loud enough but not too loud to warn us if we're in another room when she needs to go outside. Update: We ended up keeping them. There really was no point in such a small return. Since my puppy is always next to me and the sofa is near the front door. I can hear the bells perfectly when he rings them from this distance. I am giving these beautiful wind chimes a low rating because they are so quiet. I make an effort to hear them. If you have a dog that uses its paw and runs around town I could see how this would work for you. Unfortunately my pup uses his nose and I can barely hear it. If

I bought these as a home training tool for a puppy. The quality of the bells and strap matches the price. I love the sound and the pup seems to enjoy learning how to use them. Very good overall but needs more grip points along the strap to allow the bells to be hung higher off the ground. The current setting only allows two distances from the floor to the doorknob, both impractically small. Big dogs don't need bells hanging so close to the ground. More useful would be ways to shorten the strap…

Can't say enough good things about these bells. Loud enough that I could hear it in another room of the one story house.
