I have a device and Jlink and I want to use the Arduino IDE. I loaded the board and Jlink works as a programmer. The IDE requires a COM port. how can i get it Do I need to download the bootloader first? I've looked everywhere for answers. This seems like the perfect solution for my project. Many Thanks

use for nRF52 development. a very simple board with one module and multiple outputs, just what I needed. I managed to program with the Nordic development board by connecting the jtag connector to J19 on the Nordic board with the cable provided, breaking SB9 and then using nrfjprog to flash. Place a jumper on P22 to use the onboard nrf52, remove the jumper and connect J19 to program an external device. It's easy to check because that's exactly what it says, it's nothing more than a simple development board based on NRF52832. It is 2 inches by 3 inches or approximately 55mm by 76mm. The board comes with a USB mini that you use to power the board. It says you can use it for coding and debugging, but I'm using JLINK, not USB Mini.
