I bought this player almost a year ago but only opened it last week. I use a cassette player to listen to books on cassette tapes from the library and my old cassette player was worn out. The very first cassette I put in my new device was damaged. The roller sucked the tape inside the machine and it was impossible to remove it without tearing the tape.
