Not the best bandages but affordable

I'm trying them out in kickboxing class. The first notable issue, documented multiple times by others, is that the finger holes are very small and uncomfortable. You have to pull the holes to stretch them. The second problem is that they don't go well with side mittens or gloves, when you put gloves or mittens over them they are too tight and make it even tighter to enclose already uncomfortable fingers. Used 5-6 days a week for several months. , the finger holes are better but still don't fit…

However, I know a few who like them and use them regularly.

BUT I'm not a fan of this type of wrap and/or gel wrap. However, I know a few who love them and use them regularly. The velcro wears out a bit quickly and the stitching around the Verco is gone even after a few months. You get an average usage, about x2 per week. According to those who often use this type of packaging, this is normal. I believe this is an issue as I want my hardware to last a long time. They fit well and there is enough material on the wrist to provide good support. They fit…

My knuckles say thank you!

These gel glove liners were not due to arrive until July 11th, 2017. I needed pads for beginner boxing next Monday after pounding my knuckles without bandages/liners for the first week. I bought a pair of Everlast Gel Gloves from Dick's Sporting Goods for $29.99. I knew they were overpriced but they were the best available. I wore Everlast gel gloves to boxing class last week on Wednesday. I'm 5 feet 2 1/2 inches tall and weigh about 130 pounds. With the Everlast inner gloves, I felt the impact

Poor replacement for traditional bandages.

The purpose of traditional martial arts bandages is to ensure correct wrist position and protect the ankles. These wraps do neither. First, velcro doesn't fit. The loop portion is too short to accommodate the hooks, causing the strap to hang heavily. I fixed this by securing the strap with tape like I do with traditional bandages. Once secured, these wraps do nothing to prevent excessive wrist movement. As shown in the figure, significant abduction and adduction is allowed, which should not be…

Fast but not like hand wraps

They don't compare to regular hand wraps in terms of comfort, support and sweat absorption (which extends the life of your gloves and helps greatly in reducing odor). However, they do the trick if you're in a class with a little warning to put on a glove and punch - they're much quicker to put on and help fill boxing gloves and absorb some sweat. I don't expect them to look good for long, the stitching around the edges frays easily and the logo peels off fairly quickly, especially if you're…
