I like that they are proactive about communicating up front what's expected from you, who your contact person at their organization will be if something goes wrong etc., as well an making sure everything runs smoothly once we start work together! Their turnaround time for reports was faster than most other companies i've used in my past jobs so far - but then again maybe it just takes longer because our project needs more detailed information?
