Incredible bag. The spring action makes it as fun as a cobra bag, but the large soft padding allows for powerful shots. I read about different bags and decided on this one. Was looking for something to at least get a great cardio workout - this definitely fits! Doesn't take up much space and you don't need to drill anything to hang it up. It took a while to fill with sand (I used fine playground sand and a hopper) but the base is solid. There's a lot of give when you hit hard - but I love that it bounces off you - you can really get a cool rhythm with that. Definitely recommend it!
