Description of Enhanced R-134a A/C Automotive Coupler Set by Robinair with High/Low Side Automatic Functionality

Designed to connect Robinair Enviro-Guard hoses to service ports on automotive R-134a A/C systems. Quick-connect design includes an integral safety sleeve which protects against injury and refrigerant loss if the coupler is disconnected under pressure. Compact design easily fits into tight quarters. The 6-ball coupler design provides a more stable grip on the fitting than lesser 4-ball designs. Set includes 1ea. low-side and high-side automatic couplers.

Game changer in AC maintenance!

After trying this product, I was blown away by how easy it was to use. The automatic coupler set saved me so much time and hassle during my Automotive AC maintenance tasks. It worked perfectly with R-134A A/C systems and I didn't face any compatibility issues. The build quality is amazing and it feels like it'll last for years.

Very cheaply made! on Tools & Equipment

These gauges are very cheap. I wasn't expecting a quality instrument to be installed at this price point, but these sensors were just awful.1. The needles got stuck from time to time and it took a few hits before they moved freely again. The sensor housing is made of very thin metal. When the lens caps were screwed in after calibration, they flexed enough that the arrows moved away from zero.3. They require constant recalibration.4. Temperatures are in Celsius, not Fahrenheit. I have an older set of better quality Robinaire 134a distributors but no viewing window or housing

I bought this manifold set because it's a product from Robinair who make some pretty decent cooling tools. I wanted one with a sight glass and a molded body to hold it, hoses and adapters in. I have an older Robinaire 134a header kit which is higher quality but does not have a viewing window or housing. This one is made in China and the quality is ok. The low-pressure gauge had to be recalibrated because it showed positive pressure instead of zero. Splitter valves feel cheap/inferior when…
