This product received high praise and has lived up to expectations. I was fortunate that the previous owner of my truck installed box-link accessories at one point, which made installing the bolts easier. I highly recommend that you follow the instructions for installing the stop bars before placing the panels on the bed. Made all the work a lot easier.

My truck was not included due to 'COVID shortage'. The dealer said they could get them for $180 a piece in a few months. I found them on Revain and installed them. They look factory made and are cheaper than dealer prices. Also very durable. I use them to protect my 4 wheel. No problems so far.

Installation is generally simple and straightforward as the truck is already prepared for installation at the factory. The need for a lock on the mount is a bit questionable, but once the installation is complete it doesn't cause any problems in use and helps deter theft. It seems like a very nice addition to the basic F-150 mounts that are only found in the bottom corners and are pretty easy to install. Sturdy enough to handle fairly large cargo loads.

Absolutely great product and the instructions were accurate. As stated in the materials you will need a percussion tool to carve the holes (2018 F150 XLT) but with a little bit of lube this was easy to do. I already had a Ford Drop pad so I had to move over it and bend it a bit to line up a few holes but that's not a problem. Advice. If you have a mortise bit, stuff the bottom with a rag so it doesn't fall between the bit and the base if you drop the screw or the screwdriver falls out. Great…

I was angry that like the other person I installed the panels with no problem but the posts were difficult to attach and easy to pull out BUT, that's because I installed them with have a sign in the shape of the letter T, because that's what the picture on the attached literature (map) looks like. that is not true. Overall, I'm happy with Box Links. I will say that the installation was a bit tricky at first as I had trouble fitting the bolted part into the panel. After playing around with the first one, the rest went a bit smoother. Follow the instructions and install the screws into the pre-drilled and tapped holes on the sides of the truck bed before actual installation.
