Description of 🦜 RoudyBush Lorikeet Nectar, 2lb (RYB202LD)

lower in sugar than other brands of nectars. Less sugar is helpful to reduce incidence of yeast infections that lories are prone to due to the high sugar diets. Lories do very well on the maintenance diet. Package Dimensions: 6.3 L x 27.4H x14W(centimeters).

Spoiled before we could use the whole pack

This mixture forms clumps easily despite thorough stirring and mixing. I ordered a bag, kept the powder in a cool dry place as recommended, but the powder went rancid. The smell has changed and I'm afraid to give it to my Lorikeet.

Pros
  • Sugar content is lower than other brands of nectar
Cons
  • Damaged

Exactly as advertised: Grocery

Lori Nectar as advertised. My bird loves it and has eaten it for years. The price is a little cheaper than the bird shop which is a little far away so I can only drive for this product so it's nice that Revain is selling it.

Pros
  • Package Dimensions: 6.3L x 27.4H x 14W (centimeters)
Cons
  • Upgradeable

My Lori loves this nectar!

My Lori has been eating this nectar for over ten years and will not touch any nectar other than this brand. She loves it. We don't mix it. She takes her nectar from a bowl and then dips it in clear water. We used to mix it with apple juice, but now Polly prefers apple juice in a separate bowl and drinks it separately.

Pros
  • Lories tolerate the maintenance diet very well
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Good nectar, terrible packaging.

. Lori seems to like it!), the bag is awful. Especially the zipper: I haven't been able to close it after the first two uses. The zipper is so small and the nectar is so flat that it instantly clogs with nectar rendering the pouch itself useless. I think it would be better to switch to a different type of closure or ditch the zip altogether (maybe lower the price?). If you are considering a purchase, also plan to sink the works onto another ship!

Pros
  • Less sugar helps reduce the incidence of fungal infections, which lories are susceptible to due to a high-sugar diet.
Cons
  • protection.
