Close but no cigar on bumpers

The short ones look cool but they definitely aren't made for YJ CJ TJ bumpers, they don't have holes in the back for those rear bolts and unfortunately mine came through them Scratches and looks like stained

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • I don't remember

They snapped in well and the packaging was good enough to prevent.

Went with these connectors instead of the other ends. The bumper looks more aggressive (IMHO). They snapped perfectly into place and the packaging was good enough to prevent the rivets from breaking off in transit.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • boring packaging

Easy install, good for body and trim

Looks great! I installed with the short bumper that is already installed on my '09 Jeep. It took 30-45 minutes. You can access 2 of the 3 nuts with a 3/4 socket wrench and one requires an open ended ratchet wrench. If the bumper was removed it would be a lot quicker to install but it's not that bad. Thank you Rugged Ridge for a great product.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Width 4.5 inches, should have been 5.5.

Arrived faster than expected. I love Prime in Puerto Rico from time to time. So the ends of the bumper are simply cut off. I was expecting them to be a bit wider to at least cover just under the jeep's front panel. While it only requires three screws on the end to tighten, they couldn't be more fiddly than these which is why I gave it 3 stars. Even if you mount the ends before mounting the bumper, it will still be annoying. You will need an 18mm open end wrench (if I remember correctly) to…

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Long delivery time

I ordered this to replace the full bumper tips I used before I upgraded my tire size to 38" on my Jeep. The bolt fits perfectly, but as many other previous reviewers have pointed out, tightening either of the bolt and nut combos on the ends with a wrench is almost impossible, and as such the entire installation process requires patience and perseverance. What should take about 5 minutes per dead end turns into a much, much longer process. It wasn't meant to be, but that's how the final design…

Pros
  • Sleek Design
Cons
  • Upgrades
