Falls apart after each pitch

This product is not designed for pitchers who throw the ball at more than 50 mph. I throw about 80, and after each serve, the strike zone completely disintegrates - at least two or three straps fall completely off the connecting hooks. Even with a slow throw, the net wobbles at best. I wouldn't rely on this web to get in, let alone get in. With the exception of Strikezone, the web stays upright most of the time, but it fell off despite being driven into the ground. Waste of money when you run a

Reliable product, excellent customer service

We bought this for an 8 year old for baseball practice. This is not the training net that bounces and doesn't bounce the ball back. The net is loose and catches the balls behind the black figure you see in the picture. He likes the target a lot and it's a bit smaller than his strike zone. I threw a few balls at him (60-70 mph) and didn't knock him over. I probably could if I hit the target high, but it can be driven into the ground. We've had it for a month now but I think the quality is good…

Exercise equipment is easy

I bought this product in 2016. In truth, it did not withstand the conditions of use that we gave it. I have 2 boys and a girl (who hits harder than the 2 boys) who hit this net every day. After 7 months one of the parts failed. Given usage I'd say that's to be expected. I gave this product 5 stars because it's a good network but even more because one of the parts failed. I contacted the company and they not only replaced the network, they upgraded it for free, they did it within 3 days. Which…

Just what we needed

Spectacular! My husband and I put it together in our living room in less than 10 minutes. It was very easy to make and required no tools. The grille is easy to attach and detach. We leave it assembled in our garage for the boys to just pull out and play with. I bought this for my 10 year old to practice serving. He's just learning how to serve, but uses it on a daily basis. The coach says it really helped his accuracy. We can't always go out and be the catcher and play with the boys, then…

Excellent quality shot protection and batting training net

Excellent and durable baseball training net. I live in an area with limited space so hitting plastic practice balls is the best thing I can do to train my son. A tee shot into that net was a big help. Serve practice (with the net behind me when playing trap) also helped a lot (to prevent misses or throws outside of the hitting zone onto my neighbor's property). Rukket did a great job building this net - it's easy to set up and the white hitting zone is very handy too. Please note that after…

Ordered this as a Christmas present for my 15 year old daughter. She hits at about 50 mph, give or take. I bought it to use in the garage mainly during the winter months so she can have a good time when she's not in archives class. So she throws herself at him, probably from a distance of 10-15 feet. Its only purpose is to protect the garage door from damage. It easily achieved that goal and was an excellent purchase. A strike zone grid can be useful in normal outdoor conditions at the correct…

Plays better than catcher

My 13 year old can do 60 miles per hour and since my husband doesn't have a full set of fishing gear this is just what we needed. I've seen other chains for around $200-250 that looked great, but I didn't want to spend that kind of money. I also wanted a 7x7 from Rukket but didn't want to wait for a 2 month delay in ordering. This 5x5 was easy to set up (took about 10 minutes) and was light enough to move around the yard, which we had to do. The first day we had it, my son threw a wild toss…

Customer support is missing.

We bought this in April to help my son get into his little league. The net is easy to set up and take down and does its job well. Unfortunately, after less than 3 months of moderate use, the lower right hand side frame connector broke. No problem, it should be covered under warranty. 1. Tried calling Rukket's main number multiple times over the course of three days only to have the calls routed to voicemail (which suggested the voicemail box was full). 2. I then filled out the warranty…
