👟 Ultimate Running Shoe for Both Genders by Ryka Review

I always buy Ryka running shoes because they are very comfortable. I love how my foot can breathe in it. I have a wide foot and they go on the small and narrow side so I always buy wide and 1/2 size too long. I also take out the insole and put in my own orthotics for extra arch support. This is my 5th pair of Ryka shoes in 5 years. I wear them so often that the fabric on the inside of the heel wears out completely.

After wearing them for several hours, I noticed a lump under my foot. When I took my foot out I couldn't see anything so I figured it was my sock. The second day I wore them I had the same feeling. When I took my foot off this time, the inner front half of the insole fit my foot! I put my hand in another shoe and got the same result just by moving my hand back. What a bad product. I wear size 6 in street shoes but need to buy size 7 in Ryka studio shoes - the studio models have a medial twist on the sole. So for my running style I bought my normal size 7 and they have become too narrow and short in the toe area. I think the problem lies in the non-removable foam insole. Ever since I discovered Ryka, my feet have been happy. So far. My old Rykas were worn out to the point where I was getting blisters and decided it was time for a new pair.
