Description of 🔥 Ultimate Toughness Enhanced 3D Printing Filament by SainSmart: Enhanced Dimensional Stability and Exceptional Strength

Filament Diameter: 1.75 mm; Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.03 mm; 1 KG (approximately 2.20 lbs) per Spool; Vacuumed Sealed With Desiccant; Recommended Extrusion/Nozzle Temperature: 200 - 240 °C; Recommended Bed Temperature: 60 - 80 °C. High Strength PLA+ Filament has excellent machinal properties when compared with general PLA filament, its impact resistance is 4 times the standard one, tensile strength 1.5 times and elongation at break even 10 times. In combination with its resistance to temperature up to 68 °C (154°F), this PLA+ filament is a great fit for functional use and mechanically demanding applications. Quality raw materials that eliminate impurities and bubbles, enabling smooth and effective filament feeding without jamming and warping. With filaments well-wound onto the spool and a +/- 0.03 mm dimensional accuracy, what you got is a tangle-free filament that delivers smooth and consistent performance. This PLA+ filament is an odorless and environmentally-friendly, plus with its ease of printing, making it your all-around, everyday budget filament.

False advertising of heat resistance?

False advertising? Before that, this filament likes to stick to itself and needs 220c to print properly and the print speed needs to be under 25mm/sec. Well, to claim heat resistance as 68c is just wrong. The material softens at around 60°C. Listing 68c is misleading as it does not represent the heat deflection temperature. I think it's a play on words. Most will not know that they are not the same and that only difference counts here. Yes, annealing helps raise the temperature to 80 degrees…

Terrible tension in gaps

Update: 29 hours of printing at 175° has a lot of tension. I ordered black TECBEARS filament, which I know prints well and is cheaper, and it's going in the trash. Did a test print at the manufacturer's recommended 200° and noticed terrible stretching at every gap. So I lowered the temperature to my usual PLA temperature of 180° and the strings were still there, albeit much better. I had to lower the temperature to 175° to get a gapless print. The low temperature makes me wonder if it's even…

Poor coil winding

The printing quality is good, this is my first 3D printing experience, so it is difficult to give a detailed evaluation. I'm generally disappointed with this filament as it had some sort of white coating on it that caused my print to fail - I woke up to my printhead just moving in mid-air and not printing anything. The extruder then chewed the filament. I pulled the remaining filament from the Bowden tube and it had a white residue on it. But the biggest problem was that I woke up this morning…
