I have wide flat feet so I went up a half size and they fit great. I think I could get by with my usual size (10) but I'm glad I ordered 10.5. I would say they fit true to size. I read several reviews and checked the size chart before making this purchase a few days ago. The cycling shoes arrived today and they were too big. I normally wear a size 8.5 but re-ordered a size 9 based on reviews saying it was a size up.
