Any running shoe needs to be properly fitted at a reputable running specialty store. However, this is a quality shoe for the right foot. Add a stake for a high arch as I don't think your statement about the high arch is correct. It is also one of the best running shoes with high cushioning. This is a really good shoe and it fits like a glove but I think I might need a whole size up from my usual size. I have long narrow feet with huge toes. I really wanted to like them but I just can't. The point where the laces connect to the toe rests on the top of the big toe of the right foot.
