Very expensive. Stuck on my hard end

I liked this thread because it looks great on a roll. Despite being so expensive (more than double the price of all non-specialized filament), it's great for specialized projects. As a test, I tried to print the TARDIS (because it's bright blue, perfect). It went through the supports for the first layer and then got stuck. It happens. I pulled the thread out, trimmed the end cleanly and tried re-inserting it into the hot end where it then seemed to get stuck forever. The extruder motor isn't…

Pros
  • Biodegradable and climate neutral thread, Pla 1.75.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Pretty but maybe useless

Out of the box this filament is already exposed to oxygen and will have HUGE printing issues as detailed in other posters. This filament is not vacuum sealed as it should be to prevent the filament from becoming brittle. Because with PLA filament, as soon as the filament is exposed to oxygen, it starts to break down and you only have a small window in which to use it before it becomes too brittle to feed and too hydrated to properly attach to previous layers be liable. . This filament is…

Pros
  • Bundle of 1.75 Pla-Fiber in Assorted Colors.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Looks good, easy to print but very expensive.

This shiny filament gives your 3D printed objects a unique look without painting or other post-processing. The tiny glitter particles form beautiful speckles and sparkle slightly as they catch the light. The effect is difficult to convey in words or on camera, but it looks great. Printing with this filament wasn't much different than working with any other PLA spool. Sculpto recommends a nozzle temperature between 190-210°C and I've had the best results right in the middle at 200°C. I've also…

Pros
  • RoHS certified and precision 1.75mm filament.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
