Does not turn off, but found a problem

I used it to replace my old bilge pump on my boat. At first the pump wouldn't turn off. I called support and no one answered. After several attempts I sent a nasty email. So I started looking and found that the wiring was indeed reversed. The ground was grounded but the other two wires were swapped. So I flipped them and it works great! The machine works well, the switch works well. The wire marked to connect the battery was actually for the manual switch, and the wire for the switch wasโ€ฆ

Worked great for a year and a half

First rating was 5, now it's 2. Just broke after a season and a half. Not that it stopped working. He wouldn't stop. I needed an automatic bilge pump and it worked very, very well until last week when I decided it wouldn't shut off. I ended up having to disconnect it from the battery, essentially making it a manual version that's very difficult to turn on and off. I'm switching to another brand that isn't as powerful but has a better warranty. My 20 year old boat has a stupid design thatโ€ฆ

Efficient, powerful pump - great value

We have 2 Seadoos (Wake 155 and GTI 130) and wanted to "insure" a bilge pump in case the unthinkable happens on the water. I've seen many pre-made PWC bilge kits ranging from $100-$180 and none of them had a true automatic function. Most of them were either purely manual or turned on automatically at set intervals, regardless of whether or not there was water in the hold. I installed the first one I ordered on our GTI and it worked great. Installation was straightforward, although I ordered aโ€ฆ
