    Absolute Best Buy

I was changing the oil filter on a Mazda 3 with a horribly misaligned neck and accidentally used all my weight tightening the filter instead of unscrewing it. Nothing else I had could move it - clamps, knobs, wrenches, whatever. A week later I had it in my hand and it literally took 2 seconds to remove. This is one of the best craft purchases I've ever made. 3/8" inside or 13/16" outside, it doesn't matter. Honestly, buy it if you're thinking about it - I'm not worried about textured filters or

Where have you been all my life?

Definitely the best oil filter wrench I have ever used. As someone who changes the oil on multiple cars, I appreciate that I only have to buy one wrench instead of a different size for each one like I would with sockets. It fits into tight spaces and is *really* immersive. When we changed the oil in my daughter's new car, it turned out that the factory used an impact wrench to tighten the filter. But the wrench just stuck in the filter housing and gave me a chance to loosen it.

Easy to unscrew and remove cap

So my car's previous owner screwed the radiator cap on too tight and I couldn't remove it to add coolant. I suspect he used something like this product to seal the lid tightly because no matter what I did prior to buying it, the lid just wouldn't budge. After receiving this and replacing the radiator cap in case the key broke off. old cap, I tried it right away and the old cap came off so easily. Even the old cap didn't break, so I now have it in stock as a spare. All in all, it's a very handy,

Was the last resort and it worked!

I have traditionally used a 65mm oil filter wrench to remove filters from my Acura. The last setup was at a shop that specializes in Honda/Acura and they installed the original Honda branded blue filter. Not sure if this is a recent change, but the 65mm key cups still fit snugly in these filters, but the 'teeth' don't quite mesh, which only causes the key cup to rotate. I don't have this problem installing a 65mm cap on Mobil 1, Fram or Purolator filters - the wrench snaps in easily and I can…

Works as well as brand grab

I actually bought this oil filter grab in response to the temporary loss of my Craftsman version which I have owned for about 9 years. Eventually I found my Craftsman tool but used it as my daily oil change driver. At first it seems like it's a free game that can cause problems, but it actually allows me to stuff it in places where my handyman couldn't. It's also very flat without an adapter (which I don't use and currently sits somewhere at the bottom of the toolbox) that now fits any Honda…

Great for bikes / tight spaces - Works wonders

Not a fan of leaving reviews 10 minutes after receiving the item. You need time to give a proper review. In truth it was about 2 hours but I have to believe what it was supposed to be. I've been working on an oil change on my Harley Davidson FXDF for almost a week now. It has very limited room for an oil filter, and the damn dealer tightened this thing to some serious torque. I've tried everything to get rid of it. I've tried the standard bowl shaped filter wrench, I've tried another designed…
