Description of 🔪 Professional Stainless Steel Kitchen Chef Knife Sharpener with Abrasive Holding System – Home Knife Sharpening Kit including 10 Whetstones

[G-Clamp with Maximum Tightness] With a G-Clamp tightly clamping on the table, stool, kitchen stove or other platforms, and a metal blade fixture holding the blade firmly, the renovated knife sharpening kit can provide maximum safety and convenience for you to whet the knife. Never worry about getting hurt while honing. [360° Flipping Mechanism] Our enhanced knife sharpener equips with an innovative flip fixture structure, allowing you to flip over your blade and sharpen the other side with a deviation of +/- 2°. You can unscrew the screw on the vertical rod to adjust the ideal angle you want, interesting and also improving your hands-on ability. [Safety & Durable] We always put safety first when dealing with sharpening tools. This professional sharpener has its adjustable handle located on the upper front part of the stone holder, away from the blade, therefore you can restore the knife quickly and safely. Crafted from all stainless steel, the upgraded knife sharpener is long-lasting. [Expanded Application Range] Just sharpen your knife with WATER, not with expensive sharpening/honing oils. Perfect for sharpening different kinds of knives: Serrated edge, kitchen, hunting, chef, meat, paring, Sushi or barbecue and even to hone: axes, scissors, chisels, and razors. Just in a few seconds and your blade gets a razor-sharp edge!. [10 Premium Sharpening Stones] 4 whetstones without base, 6 with base(#120, #180, #320, #400, #600, #800, 2 #1500, #2000, #3000). Stones of different thicknesses are used for various blades but all hard enough to grind S30V steel. Other whetstones with the size of 150*20*5mm also fit for this professional sharpener kit. Attention! If your phone has no rangefinder tool to help set the accurate angle, please download an angle found APP.

Pretty easy to use, works great.

If you follow the instructions, the knives will be sharpened like a razor. After that I had to use steel to pull out the edge. But as for the sharpener, it works great! It takes a lot of time, but it is impossible to sharpen knives in any other way.

Contradictory in every way

You definitely get what you pay for. Each screw is self-loosening so you never have a permanent angle adjustment. The connecting rod to the stone holder is bent even if it is tightened briefly; This gives you a non-constant angle with respect to the blade at different points in the stroke. I don't understand how someone who wants to sharpen blades more precisely and therefore buys a sharpener with a guide can find this result acceptable.

Consistently sharp knives with a little practice

Great product to make knife sharpening easier. It is quite well made as a Chinese copy of a Japanese design and is said to last for several years. Comes with 10 stones from 180 to 3000. Sand I used 180 on old worn out knives, then 400 to shape the blade, 1500 to sharpen and deburr, 3000 to polish. It took about 10 seconds to switch bricks with no need to adjust angles or anything. It takes about 20 minutes of practice to get the movement right (from and along the blade), but then it's easy. The

A good product. - Cutlery & Knife Accessories

I got this as a tool to customize some kitchen knives and others. I have other sharpeners and they are either too aggressive or not sharp enough. This system seems to me to give the optimal balance between sharpening and maintaining the blade without damaging the blade. Setting it up was a bit tricky and reading the instructions (albeit very detailed) might seem overwhelming. Knowing what I was trying to do and having at least a basic knowledge of how to sharpen a blade on a blade, I was able…

Best for large knives

I have several types of sharpening tools - whetstones, worksharp and onion hand tools, sharpeners for quick and dirty cuts, a few tungsten carbide blade sharpeners. . My dad was a supermarket butcher and taught me how to use whetstones, so I'm used to doing it on any knife, but I wanted to test other methods and this pressing tool shows promise. Once you get the angle right, you get the same edge on both sides, which can be tricky with other methods. The only thing I don't like is small blades,

Great for a new knife lover or anyone who wants to know how

Worthy product. The product came in a nice box with a nice (albeit obviously cheap) carrying case. The C-clamp works well, although the pad came off immediately. Easy to install but the glue the manufacturer uses sucks. The photos are good enough to set it up in a few minutes. The vertical adjustment rod is round so it moves as you tighten the angle lock. There are no knuckle markings, but you can buy a protractor cheaply or by eye at Revain. Stones are crap. I'll save them for knives that have

Mixed bag when unpacking. UPDATE

After repeated attempts to "zero" the blade holder by hand, the item returns. On the first side, the angle is 10 degrees. When flipped to the other side, the angle changes by 18 degrees. Great concept, terrible execution. The equipment is convincing for the price. The stones are rather questionable. ) made of Raksin stones. The remaining six (6) are unbranded. Only unbranded stones were set on sockets that fit the holder and of these two (2) they were completely detached with one soon coming…

With some modifications, this device is worth its money.

Like many of us, I took up a new hobby during the pandemic and started learning the art of knife sharpening. I was a line cook for a few years when I was younger and have remained a fairly serious home cook, so knife sharpness is important to me. I also have a habit of salvaging quality knives from thrift stores and donating them after they're repaired. My solution for a quick sharpening is a 10 inch vertical belt sander consisting of 150-3000 grit belts and then finishing with a polishing…
