I like these pedals as they look like more expensive ones.

I like these pedals as they are similar to the more expensive Ultegra and 105 spd sl models. At first I used it for my daily commute to work, but it wasn't very convenient. It only makes sense to use it on long journeys where you don't have to get in and out of it often.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Reliable Shimano pedal for the money

Bought to replace old Shimano pedals, they take a lot of WD40 to loosen. Burying it was easy if you remember they are English threaded. I think they work very well, are easy to insert and hold the shoes well. I step back from the hold for a simple release and had some issues. Very happy.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • empty

Works exactly as described! Great first set of pedals!

This was the first set of contactless pedals my wife and I bought for our road bikes. They work great. Just practice getting in and out of the pedals a little. Not difficult, just different. We dropped 3 rims each on our first ride simply because we had to rewire our brains to turn off before stopping. We haven't fallen since that first ride. These pedals are much easier to ride.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • New competition is here

The best step forward! Suitable for pedals

This is my first set of cleats and pedals. So I feel like they work well. I paired them with SH-RO65L cycling shoes and they ski. Installation was easy as they were up and running within five minutes. I have them on my bike in the trainer when the weather turns bad. This gives me time to get used to them clipping and clipping. The difference between regular pedals and these pedals is noticeable. I think my performance will definitely improve with these pedals and shoes in terms of constant…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Minor problems

The tip locking pin came out.

Loved these pedals. I used it occasionally for a year and a half. The pin that locks the cleat engagement on the back of the pedal came out while riding (the same part you use to tighten or loosen the cleat retainer). I couldn't click. I tried banging it back with my aluminum multi tool (that's all I had). Vain. I was able to limp home (10 miles) just by putting my right foot on the pedal. Needless to say, it wasn't very pleasant. This part is just hammered. On some pedals (like the Look) the…
