Inconsistent Punches, Not Worth The Price

After trying this product for my arts and crafts projects, I was sorely disappointed. While the design is attractive, it doesn't make up for the fact that this hole puncher is incredibly inconsistent. I found myself having to punch through paper multiple times just to get a clean hole, and even then, the edges were often ragged and unappealing. For the high price, I expected much better quality. The only pro is the attractive design. The big con is the inconsistency in punching.

Pros
  • Stylish and trendy design adds elegance to your workspace.
Cons
  • May require frequent emptying of the waste container due to its compact size.

Looks like (almost) everything

(1) The top of the paper doesn't slide very deep into the device, so the perforated holes are also a bit closer to the top of the sheet than usual (2) The holes are too close together, so it could be that you tear the paper a bit by putting it in a zip-lock binder, and (3) the paper doesn't slide decisively into the guide, so you have to take a few extra seconds to make sure it's right there sits before you hit it. But it's very compact with an attractive, slim design. It doesn't take up much…

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Little things

(1) The top of the paper doesn't slide very deep into the device, so the perforated holes are a bit closer to the top of the sheet than usual, and also (2) the holes are too close together so you might tear the paper just a tiny bit when you put it in a file folder, and (3) the paper doesn't slide decisively into the guide You have to spend a few extra seconds to make sure it's sitting straight , before you meet them. But it's very compact with an attractive, slim design. It doesn't take up…

Pros
  • Metal mechanical parts
Cons
  • Big and chunky
