Be careful. Tricky filament to work with

First I need to state i am new to 3D printing. I recently purchased a Creality CR-10s Pro. Love the machine when it works. I have issues with my machine's X_Gantry sagging on the side with the X- stepper motor/filament extruder installed and need to zero it out before every print.This isn't a review of the machine. Works well when calibrated

I’m running an Ender 3 V2 with a Micro Swiss NG Direct Drive extruder.Initially I had trouble with bed adhesion on a smooth pei sheet, trying to use the same PLA settings as I’ve used with other PLA’s. Specifically small parts didn’t want to stick. So far I’ve rectified that by having my first layer at 220, and the bed at 70. After the first layer I’m at 205 and 60 and most prints come out decent.My only qualms are that I can’t seem to get stringing mitigated like I can with Overture PLA. The…

Got my old printer working again.

I had an old 3D printer given to me with some old brittle PLA filament. It made the thing unusable. So I bought this and now I am up and printing. Almost non-stop for the first week or so. This is my first spool so I can't compare it to other brands, and it is my belief that any printing problems I have are due to my settings and general lack of experience and not this filament. Good value material.

Sometimes it can take a bit more temp then my normal pla to adhere to the bed. Color is great looking but tends to have adhesion issues that result in shrinkage warp

Best PLA I own! on my review.

I’m fairly new to 3D printing and this was one of the first few PLAs I’ve purchased for my Ender 3 V2 Neo, and hands down the best! Haven’t had adhesion problems or any layer issues. Printing at 65 Celsius bed plate, 205 Celsius nozzle.

Great Sheen BUT! for my opinion

Like the title says great sheen but the problem is I wanted flat black. The image shows a flat finish but the product is high gloss!

  • The pla it's self actually looks a tad dull, but once it's printed comes the silk/shiny aspect of it.

  • May require modifications to printer settings

All are great but the clear filament

I have tried a few of these and the solid colors make really nice prints with no artifacts. The clear filament however is extremely brittle and has broken off many times in the bowden tube or just in the gap from the spool to my extruder. The few prints I got to work were good though!
