Skypaq eLogbook Review

I like how easy it was for my dispatcher, pilot or mechanic (all 3 are trained in this software)to input their info as we go along with our job at hand i'm not sure what other aspects of skypaq there would need improvement but so far its been great! The only thing about skypauk is you have to download all your information from previous work days which takes time especially if they were long ago or even just few months old before downloading them onto another computer/device. It's simple, it works! I really like how easy it makes things for our pilots in getting their logs submitted and keeping track of them with out having to rely on emails or hard copies anymore - all done from one place online using my computer/phone. Sometimes when we receive updates (or have questions) about something not working right, there aren't great ways for us as users to find answers. The most useful feature of this software for us was being able to track our aircraft's maintenance history in one place, as well as keep records regarding inspections performed by third parties or ourselves (such as mechanic visits). It has also been helpful when tracking repairs done at home versus those completed during out-of-hours service calls.
