It's simple, it works! I really like how easy it makes things for our pilots in getting their logs submitted and keeping track of them with out having to rely on emails or hard copies anymore - all done from one place online using my computer/phone. Sometimes when we receive updates (or have questions) about something not working right, there aren't great ways for us as users to find answers.
