One of the goals of our software engineers is to combine complex tasks with a user-friendly interface. Therefore, our programs are very flexible und customizable, while still easy-to-use.

Great for storing data and easy to use

The program allows you to create your own database - it's perfect for storing all my data in one place! I love how simple everything can be because that way there aren't any mistakes or omissions from me when recording results. There isn't anything negative about this product yet but if something comes up then we will make sure they know what needs fixing so it doesn’t happen again. If you use smart ephys as part of an experiment plan/protocol then you have full control over where things go…

Using Smart Ephys and overall positive with no issues

The program works as intended without any problems or errors in my experience so far! I have not had much time yet but it seems like everything has been working well for me thusfar (I am only using this app at work). There isn't anything that i dislike about smart ePhys right now either because there really hasn’t even come up since we haven;' t used all features fully just by ourselves which makes sense considering how new they were when released last year/year end 2018ish maybe? We use their

Pros
  • No issues with functionality
  • Easy to understand interface, helpful prompts,
  • Ability share files easily.
  • Can be accessed remotely through multiple devices including mobile phones / tablets &/or PCs depending upon what is most convenient no restrictions here :)
Cons
  • Somewhat basic layout can sometimes make navigation cumbersome
  • Not always easy enough finding specific things

Overall, good service and responsive staff

I like that they have different types for each type of project you want done such as building your website or creating an app but can also use it if its something else just in case there maybe nothing suitable out their (which isn't often). Sometimes when using certain modules i think "oh this would be so much easier/quicker etc." then quickly realize how difficult some things seem! There's not really anything bad about smart ePhys at all because everything works perfectly fine however…

  • They're open minded enough to listen to customer feedbacks before implementing changes into software updates.etc..and most importantly reliable service wise!! Never had issues ever since starting my business working under SMEPHEIHS umbrella.....EVER
