I have used Kreg products for over ten years and have always been satisfied with their products and continue to use all but this one. As other reviewers have commented. Head is too small for #10 and requires more torque from screwdriver, does not pull/hold joint together as head is too easy to penetrate or remove. I needed stainless steel screws for use with pressure treated wood. Advantages: Good fixation of the head. you have to press so hard. Plastic box for Kreg screws is reusable. Cons: Square drive is better, but still easier to disassemble than expected. Stainless steel is more expensive. The Kreg screw box cracked so I won't be using it again.
