- Quality construction. There are no noises, and nothing needs to be lapped or adjusted. - Designed for all-day use in comfort. Does not cause discomfort by pressing on the head or ears. The headphones themselves are so light that you barely notice they're being worn; concurrent use of two devices (*). The option to use an equalizer to fine-tune the audio using the official app Additionally, the equalizer settings established in the app are stored locally in the headphones and will remain there even if you connect the headphones to a different device. This is a handy feature because these headphones may be used with multiple devices. Charging Via USB Type-C Mixed use can last up to 30 hours without needing to recharge (the battery will deplete by around 15% every 4 hours). Excellent noise suppression. Reduces or eliminates the majority of the low tones, speech, and ambient noise. When riding the ancient cars of the Hong Kong metro with music playing, the train's background noise is all but drowned out. Good audio recorder - An in-ear monitor that can automatically pause music and power off your device after a predetermined amount of time (*) NFC fast pairing support.
- The ear flaps and headband are both smaller, and the overall fit is more snug. The noise is also a drawback. There's more underneath. The buttons are, subjectively, easier for a blind person to use. For when you're on the move in particular. Particularly so in the ghetto. In particular when using gloves. The button, in contrast to the gesture, is more difficult to overlook. Changing the song is a more convenient option than adjusting the level when you're on the move. Gesture control, though, is noticeably quicker. - No miracle occurred. The additional functionality significantly increases the battery drain. DSEE Extreme, Ambient, and Noise Reduction (*), Speak-to-Chat. There's more underneath. Full-size headphones, no matter how well-designed, have never had airflow built in. As a result, your ears and head will get nice and toasty at the headphones' point of impact. Nonetheless, I can put up with it. Wearing these headphones outside in warm weather can be uncomfortable. - When noise reduction is activated in the absence of sound, it creates an extremely uncomfortable sensation of pressure on the ears, analogous to the sensation of having one's ears shut whenever the pressure varies. To my mind, wireless charging should be standard in headphones of this type, but regrettably, it is not. Unfortunately, the only two options for customizing the new noise-cancelling button are doing without the button's default function (which is to toggle between noise-cancelling modes) or selecting a voice assistant (Google, Alexa). Since the foundation for this is already in place, I would welcome greater adaptability. Even though the microphone is an improvement over the XM3, ambient noise remains crystal clear and human speech is muffled and distorted. However, clarity is all that's needed for dialogue on the sidewalk next to the traffic; besides, there is a disadvantage in terms of online discussions. With the built-in noise cancellation, it's nearly impossible to overhear what's being said in your conversation partners' minds. You may find yourself talking a bit louder than is ideal because of what? Specifics are below. - Reasonable Cost
- Sound: 4.5/5 Great lows, great mids, and occasionally the highs get eaten. Function and style: a perfect 10 Comfortable ear cushions, effective passive isolation, and low strain on the head and neck. Both black and white decor and furnishings are on-trend and reasonably priced. (In comparison to the Sennheiser hd 4.50, the amount of space in your ears and the quality of sound are like night and day.) Tech: 5/5 Throughout the entire period (month), no stuttering or connection drops were seen when using Bluetooth version 5. It's easy to take technologies like voice-to-text and audio optimization for granted because of how convenient they are. It has outstanding functionality and is ridiculously handy in everyday life thanks to features like auto power off, adaptive noise reduction based on locations or routes, simultaneous connection to two Bluetooth devices, and DSEE Extreme (scaling (increasing) sound quality). Separately evaluated on the basis of technological innovation, noise cancellation received a 4.8 out of 5; this function is now expected of most mid- to high-priced (and even some inexpensive) wireless headphones. The fact that you can wear them all day without experiencing the stuffiness in your ears common to cheaper models (like the Sennheiser HD 4.50) and the absence of any "split head" sensations are two of my favorite features of these headphones. First and foremost, know that it does not completely silence your surroundings. And if you want a number, 70% is about right. This is the main source of noise that will help you sleep in a crowded, noisy bus or flight in the year 2022. I'll say it again: the shrillest, highest-pitched noises in the environment It's important to note that the auricle is not responsible for direct hearing, and that we can experience some sounds via the entirety of our bodies; yet, you won't require music to help you unwind in a busy area.
- If you possess an Android device, you'll miss out on the superior Aptx HD codec, while Apple users can get by with the AAC codec. The expected duration is slightly less than what was claimed. Connecting two devices at once isn't always successful (probably due to an issue in Windows 10's algorithm for dealing with Bluetooth gadgets).
- Effective reduction of ambient noise, high levels of independent operation, and satisfactory sound quality
- I had slightly higher expectations for the headphones.
- Shumodav is a gun. Great for the subway! During conversations, the high quality of the microphones and algorithms becomes apparent. The software has a ton of customization options. The vast majority are largely useless, but the fact that everything from volume to shutter speed can be modified to your liking is certainly welcome. Despite my skepticism, this design actually seems quite cozy. When it comes to full sizes, I can barely last an hour in them. I have sat quietly with these for up to three hours without issue; I haven't tried for longer, but I have no doubts. By the way, the extensive hours of operation are particularly noteworthy. Not a world record by any stretch, but plenty for everyday convenience. It also has a stylish carrying case. Quite dense. It's true that when the headband is fully extended, there isn't enough room for the headphones. In any case, silver is a dull color; in reality, it's a beige-gray that leans more toward one or the other depending on the illumination. It looks much better in person, and I think this is a better choice than black because sweat marks on the ear pads are less evident after extended use, and fingerprints are hard to see on the case. It's not often that I compliment a pair of headphones on their hue.
- The street sound frequently cuts out while using LDAC and the quality option in the app (there is also a more steady connection method). It varies from place to place, but occasionally the lag is so bad that you're certain to die every few seconds. This is especially true if your phone is in your back pocket while your hands are toasty inside your jacket. Why, therefore, do we need this super codec if it only manages to transmit 990 kbps intermittently? From what I understand, it is capable of operating at speeds of 300, 600, and even 900 kbps. From what I can see, the application gives you a choice between a slow but very stable 300 kbps and a much slower 900 kbps connection. So, Sony, how do you make sense of this? Where can I find a middle ground between reliability and quality? If you're familiar with the capabilities of this codec, it's because you designed it. What. The touch interface works well but is awkward to use. However, the touch is delicate, making these headphones slightly less uncomfortable than others with a similar control scheme. If you take off your headphones while wearing a "fluffy" scarf or an item with a miive collar, hood, etc., the proximity sensor will trigger a game. This is magnified during the colder months. It makes sense, but if you want to know the truth, examine this. The headphones will continuously pause and play.
