Good hose, cheap clamps and plugs.

end caps are useless and you won't find cheaper clamps in the world. I threw away the end caps, bought some good quality clamps and was happy. Looks great, even better without the plastic ends.

Pros
  • Radiator
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Good overall, clamps are weak

They fit my needs perfectly on a modified 1940 Ford Coupe Resto. The only problem was that the hose clamps were too weak, so I just bought stronger local fasteners and they fit the plastic caps with no problem. Overall good product.

  • Performance parts and accessories
Cons

Absolute junk - Radiator

I bought a '32 coupe that came with a hose but it was leaking at the connector. I bought and installed a new Specter hose. The weight of the original hose was significantly higher. I installed a new carburetor on the coupe and was adjusting it when the Specter hose blew off the bushing. I'm sure some people love this hose but not me. There is no point in having an adapter sleeve in a pressure hose that you expect to seal 100% of the time. Let's look for other options.
