Description of BINSTAK Spoilboard Surfacing Flattening Woodworking Cutting Tools - Achieve Superior Woodworking Results!

2-WING INSERT CNC ROUTER BIT: Shank: 1/4"; Cut Diameter: 1" ; Carbide Inserts: 12*12mm. 2-wing design, resulting in a more balanced tool while running. INDUSTRIAL GRADE CNC WOOD ROUTER BIT: Super-strength steel body with anti kickback design, 2 cutting blades. COST-EFFECTIVE INSERT BIT: The surfacing router bit utilizes 4-sided solid carbide inserts. All 4 edges of carbide inserts can be used, use a screwdriver to make other blade edge outside. Replace the carbide inserts when needed, instead of replacing the whole bit. Cost effective solution compared to brazed router bits and solid carbide spiral bits. This planer router bit is perfect for wood slabs flattening, resurface or plane the top surface of the spoilboard. Used on soft and hard woods, particle board, MDF, plywood compact panel, laminate, acrylic and etc. Use on CNC and other automatic routers as well as hand-held and table-mounted portable routers. Such as woodworking engraving machine, trimming machine, etc.

Works great when spinning in the right direction!

This bit helped me figure out that my 3 phase spindle was wired incorrectly. It wouldn't cost a damn thing and I couldn't figure out why. I noticed which way it was going as it turned once and realized it was going the wrong way! All in all, this is a great tool. It is not for nothing that professional workshops use milling cutters with replaceable carbide cutting surfaces. A set of inserts is CHEAP compared to new solid carbide tools and you can reuse an insert by turning it. I LOVE that there

Pros
  • INDUSTRIAL CNC WOOD CUTTER: Robust steel body with anti-kickback protection, 2 cutting blades.
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Short screws are easy to remove

It would be better if the screws provided were longer. After passing the carbide blade, the small screws are barely long enough to hold on. I had to replace the carbide tips and both screws were completely torn off. When I looked closely, I found that the screws barely fit the threads. It makes no sense to skimp on screws that are already cheap. I need to get back to work after pulling out some longer screws from the local hardware.

Pros
  • Cutter parts and accessories
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Get the job done for a small fee!

Pretty decent hardfacing drill. I have other tips (Whiteside) and this armor tip seems to work just as well but obviously costs a lot less. The value here is good. The racquet came packaged in a nice plastic box which works well as I can throw the racquet back in when not in use. The other bits I bought just came in a resealable plastic bag and aren't really recyclable. The only suggestion I can have is to include a spare insert in case one of them breaks.

Pros
  • Edge and Groove Mill
Cons
  • Drill Kit

Solid Fast Sharp, Fine or Hardwood and MDF

I bought this Spoil Board Hardfacing Tip because you can replace the cutting heads instead of throwing them away when they become dull. The two carbide blades included with the bit can be rotated if they become dull, allowing this tool to last much longer than a fixed blade bit. Additional cutting heads are inexpensive and available from Revain.com. The body of the tool is well made and looks like it will last a very long time with normal use. I love that you can change carbide burs, I think…

Pros
  • Tools and Housewares
Cons
  • Available in White Only
