Highly recommended Well suited for leaf springs

Simple, simple, easy to assemble. Use them on Coachmen Freelander class 24 ft c. Solved, and the rear suspension hit rock bottom. Big fan. Costs money.

Worth Buying Leaf Springs and Parts

We bought these for our Class B van. Worth buying to compensate for our van's "felting" on corners. This greatly improved the suspension.

Reduces swaying

Changed course on my 2002 Roadtrek 200. It's mounted on a cut open Chevy Express chassis. There is no rear anti-roll bar due to the under-vehicle location (e.g. tanks, alternator, etc.). The result is… hesitation! SumoSprings have greatly eliminated swaying and made the transporter much easier to handle. I highly recommend!

  • Tested for a year

  • Not sure

Welcome in addition to my C class motorhome

There are many opinions on these helper springs so I'll add my two cents. I added these and matching front bumpers to my 2018 Coachmen 27QB with a Chevy 4500 chassis and they made a world of difference. They don't dampen the ride, but they significantly reduce side-to-side sway when you're on the road. I also added a SafeTStop steering stabilizer and the ride is much more relaxed as a result. The constant readjustment of the steering is no longer necessary, driving becomes significantly less…

Fits 2016 Coachmen 27QBC Chevy Class C

Easily installs on our 2016 Coachmen 27QBC Class C van with Chevy 4500 Cut-A-Way cab. It took about 30 minutes to remove the old fenders, jack the camper up on the frame with a bottle jack and install the SumoSprings. Life in Alaska is difficult at times, with many freezing depths, gravel roads and poor road conditions. Hoping this will help tame the journey. I'll try it out at the weekend. One note: Mating SumoSprings Solo Custom front assist springs are Front Axle P/N SSF-204-54. Shipped by…

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

The best ride upgrade you can buy for an RV

I added sumo front and rear springs to my Chevy 4500 RV on a 14,000 pound chassis. Together, they've gone from gross, painful, and downright awful to outstanding. The hard bumps found on concrete roads with large expansion joints are a thing of the past. Sometimes I crashed into bridge crossings and the whole RV smacked, cupboards and dishes rattled. Rear passengers complained about the ride quality to the point that they were fed up with the car. The best benefit is that sideways swaying is…
