Installed on a 2011 Chevy Silverado (Z71) Long Cab 4x4 (with 8ft platform)

The installation went very smoothly, the truck was jacked up where the rear wheels still had the Garage floor touched Make installation easier (doesn't need to remove the wheels). The old original "fenders" popped out slightly after removing the 10mm bolt holding them in place, the included locknuts were not used and the new Sumo Spring mounting bolts were 10mm with 7 washers per side were used for filling. Factory fitted "cup" and Sumo Spring base plate. To be clear, the included instructions…

Very easy to install and works great.

Put them on my truck just before my last trip with my jeep towing. I traveled back and forth between this and air travel. I've flown by plane with my last truck in the past and didn't like how they got empty. I didn't even realize they were in the truck until I loaded it. I had a hard time guessing the weight of the tongue since I usually assess back sag. You can't do that with them as they ride smoothly. As for towing, no more jumping and rocking around corners no matter how small or heavy the

I bought these to replace the Firestone Ride Rite airbags I installed in December 2017. I've had airbags that helped me tow our 30ft (7,000lb) travel trailer about 6-8 times a year. The airbags worked well but needed constant maintenance to ensure they were at the minimum pressure per square inch when I wasn't towing. Since I wasn't towing all the time, the onboard air compressor didn't cost any money. The airbags didn't help the overall ride either. They supported the weight but generally…

Ideal for tractor unit

Firstly, unless you regularly tow a trailer with excessive drawbar loads or load a lot of weight in the bed of the truck, you don't need it. Stop looking, they're no good for the daily driver or the guy towing a 12-foot, open-terrain trailer. You'll just end up wasting money on a butt that's too tight. They're also not great off-road, as they limit travel and try to get the low-profile tire off the ground on rough terrain. As I drove through deep, loose beach sand at 5 mph, my rear tires jumped
