🔧 Efficient Replacement: Stant Engine Coolant Reservoir Cap for Optimal Performance Review

Shown is a different brand. The actual Stant cover I received appears to be an exact OEM replacement with the same screen printed graphics as my original.

Same as original cap and now I've fixed the slow coolant loss. I didn't see the need for a replacement until I read reviews that mentioned coolant loss. Great product and thanks to those who write reviews to help others solve problems.

needs some downward pressure to screw it on don't know maybe it's just my cap but works fine holds coolant no big deal if this is mine unfortunately solves my problem. This fixed an issue, but then a week later my tank leaked while holding full pressure. I have a Grand Am GT lid that does what it's supposed to complain about.

This replacement cap fits perfectly. A previous Delco R/C 85 air conditioner cover purchased and installed in December 2018 had o-rings that swelled so much that the cover was very difficult to remove. the coolant I used. Replaced coolant with genuine G/M Prestone Dex Cool.

The top unscrewed but the inside stayed in place, the radiator had to be chosen carefully so as not to break the top of the radiator, is it torn to pieces?

Perfect replacement coolant reservoir caps. I ordered 2 of these, one for my 2003 Suburban and one for my 2004 Silverado. My coolant tank caps were original and difficult to open, and as part of basic maintenance and troubleshooting, it was easy to replace rather than spend time testing. The look and fit are exactly the same as my original caps they replaced. Driven them a few thousand miles, no complaints. I also took the opportunity to modify one of my OEM caps to create a compression tester.
