The rod and brush combination is very poorly constructed. Instead of providing you with a screw rod, it was designed with a knob. It never connected to the brush as intended. The brush was sequentially separated from the rod. I was glad I was dry with the product otherwise I would have lost the brush. It's not worth it. I would not recommend buying a brush and stick.

I have just received this brush and telescopic rod and the handle does not slip out of the packaging. To make matters worse, the retractable rod doesn't fit inside the brush. At the moment the whole product is useless to me as I am in the Bahamas. This is the worst product. I heard these Starbrite products are rubbish and now I believe it. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!

We bought it around 6-11 and it worked great initially. when the mechanism that was supposed to press and lock the handle stopped working, used it exactly 9 times. We had issues but I thought it was user error so I asked my husband to take a look. He struggled with it but got the expansion but struggled to get it closer to the store. Yesterday we finally expanded it and now we can't close it. We wanted to buy an extra nozzle, not more. This worked perfectly.

After reading reviews about how to attach a fishing rod with an unthreaded hole to the brush, I went ahead and bought. The rod is good but does not fit the nozzle. The hole was drilled incorrectly and the post doesn't fit at all. Now I understand why others were so disappointed with it. This product is good and does exactly what it is supposed to do. good ratings are right! Wand and brush are assembled according to the design, the handle is easy to extend and retract, the aluminum makes it light. and float! Worried about some bad reviews?
