🍎 Starfrit 93013 Pro-Apple Peeler with Additional Core Slicer Review

This little plastic thing peeled 31 apples in no time. I was very happy with it. I had a few oddly shaped bumpy apples that it struggled with, but for the price I think I can peel an apple or two with hand scissors. I didn't want to push it too hard and break it. This saved me a lot of time baking cakes.

I thought I wrote a review on this thing last year when I got it for my wife. Apparently I forgot. In short, this thing works great. My wife loves it. Watch the video to see for yourself :-) She not only peeled apples with it a few days ago, but also a large bag of small potatoes. A lot of time saved. I would say you have to be careful with the blade and sharp teeth digging into what you are cleaning. The best kitchen helper :-)

I like it very much. If you have young children or grandchildren, you usually have to peel and chop the apple before giving it to them. It's better than using a potato peeler. The only problem I've had so far is that it doesn't seem to peel as well on small apples (for small kids) as it does on medium and large apples. That's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. This air purifier is incredibly easy to use. It peels off the paper-thin skin so it doesn't bite into the fruit or splatter the juice everywhere. Centering the apple is less finicky and you can easily make thin spiral dry strips by just keeping turning the knob.
