Wonderful kettle. I like that there is an LED to show when it's on. It boils water as expected in just a few minutes. I bought this item in July 2019. At the end of January 2021 there was a technical problem in my kettle. I contacted the seller and was pleased to see that after a few years - they are still here and in business - and after a friendly chat and testing several troubleshooting methods the issue was resolved more than adequately by my standards. Big. Things!

I had to replace my previous kettle because it stopped working. I liked that it's glass, with a light indicator, and heats up quickly. That's what I wanted from THIS teapot. And this one has a large capacity, so bonus #1. This one doesn't have a button lid. I thought that would be a negative, but after a few weeks of use I'm really happy that this lid can be opened manually. Stuck on my old button sometimes. Bonus #2 This one heats water faster than my previous kettle. Bonus #3.

Well, water is boiling. I bought this kettle to replace a kettle I've been using daily for years. My problem is that I didn't check the colors very well and it doesn't match my coffee set.
