Stohlquist Fisherman Personal Floatation Device Review

This thing has survived kayak fishing off the coast of San Francisco for the last 8 years. The two front pockets are large enough for a phone on one side and bait/hook on the other. I also attached a radio, safety scissors and pliers. I have yellow for maximum visibility.

With its many adjustment options, this life jacket is very comfortable and allows you to move without restrictions. I also tested it face down in the water and it changed my posture so that my face was out of the water. Highly recommend for recreational kayaking and fishing while kayaking. I have already recommended it to a friend and they bought it. They love it too!

I received this life jacket as a birthday present with the kayak. I used to wear a regular cabela jacket that didn't have room for things I needed quickly. Fits super comfortably. Allows you to move easily in a kayak. You can comfortably wear a sweatshirt or jacket. Sometimes I don't wear sunglasses and this jacket has many straps for sunglasses, glasses, pens, knives etc. And not counting the pockets. For two hard shell bags with double zippers. Oh my god, that makes everything easy…
