🔧 Master your tool with the Stone Tools ST-12 Professional Chuck Key Review

My shop is full of tools that use chuck wrenches, but none of the tool sizes fit any of them. I have returned this wrench for a refund and will continue to search for the correct size for my slotting machine.

As usual, this website misrepresents what it sells. This "Original Pro Master Key" is cheap imported (you know where it came from) metal, painted. I checked it out and the paint is as cheap as metal and peeling. 100% complete bullshit that can be used 1-2 times before the metal buckles. GARBAGE!

Warning! Decoy tactic! The picture appears to be a well cut tool made from proper tool steel and anodized black. What you get is a cheap cast metal tool painted black. It's too small, doesn't fit the specified chuck dimensions, and the heavy spray paint/powder coating/chip enamel will chip and clog your chuck's teeth. It's too small to use and won't last long with slop in your teeth and peeling paint. rubbish waste of money.

Does not deserve a star. What I received was not even close to what they described. I needed a key with a 5/16 pilot. What I got was 1 with a .210" pilot 11 tooth, 1 with a .242" pilot 11 tooth, 2 pilots with .242" 10 tooth. None even came close to matching my cartridge. Even though they obviously fit won't last long I don't know what material they are made of but they are too light for steel they are a bit heavy for plastic so I am assuming they are cast aluminium. Save time and money.

Purchased to replace a lost chuck key on a Harbor Freight Central Machinery 10" drill (difficult or impossible to find a suitable chuck key to find). The largest "chuck wrench" in this set works if you grind the shaft to fit the chuck bore (I first used a hand file and then a centrifugal brush to smooth the shaft).
