Description of 🔬 Creality3D Stronghero3D Precision Compounding with 0.05mm Accuracy

Why choose PA/TPU, because you really need to print something practical useful things. Flexible CoPA / TPU compounding and carbon fiber powder infill.Nozzle temp >240 degree to get a good layers bonding strength. Temperature resistance is 120 degrees, hardness is 120A, the temperature of the hot bed can not be turned on, and the constant temperature cover is not necessary, and it can print smoothly on the remote machine like Ender3. There is no need to worry about warping, cracking, moisture absorption, and drying. The impact strength is much higher than PLA and PETG, and it will not break when dropped on the ground. low-temperature nylon, composite material, hardness 65–70D (120A), elongation 300%, tensile strength> 40 MPa, resistance temperature> 100 degrees, retraction works.Suggest nozzle temp 240 degree. Compliant for many 3d printers, ender3, cr10,mega ,etc.Suggest print nozzle temp 195-215 degree, hot bed temp from room temp to 50 degree .Good price ,low cost does not mean poor quality. Products are directly supplied from the factory, reducing the cost of intermediate channels and benefiting consumers.

Very demanding thread

pluses, strong prints. cons, everything else. If you choose the right settings (direct drive, glass bed with glue, special vents) you can achieve great prints. However, if you think this is printed like normal TPU, you will be surprised. Being stuck to the bed is the worst I've experienced with any TPU thread I've used. This is not suitable for most bed types; I made a special stick to which he can glue using a special glue mixture. The direct drive helps to avoid many jams and other extrusion…

Is it just nylon? in AM products

This thread is listed as a mix of TPU and carbon fiber filled nylon, but as far as I can tell it's either all nylon or there's so little of it. from other materials mixed with what they do nothing. On my printer, this filament printed best at 255°C (same as regular nylon (and not exactly low temp)). If it had a significant amount of TPU, the temperature should have been lower. When nylon filaments are filled with carbon fiber, they are always matte black after printing, while this filament is…

keeps clogging the nozzle

I've spent too much time on it at the moment. If you're printing something small that takes an hour or less, you can end up printing that stuff. I've tried all the temperatures and speeds on my Micro Swiss Direct Drive Ender 3 in the case but this thing refuses to print the whole part. I wanted to try this because it might be useful in the fpv hobby, but if not it won't print. I've been printing for 4 years now. I have successfully printed on all common materials. I've tried every trick in the…
