The product looks great, came in the original packaging. Excellent price. No instructions and especially no templates.

The first Subaru had a factory grille, it didn't work. This is an OEM, it's just scary to drill holes for it. Works perfectly!

Arrived in a thin plastic bag. No instructions. After researching the internet, I found that instructions and a mounting template for drilling holes should be included. This item fails to install, I returned it as received. I was still charged for the refill. They just take your money and process the incomplete product.

Came with no instructions. I watched the installation video and it showed using templates to determine where to drill. I did not receive the templates. I was able to install it (not very difficult if you have the nerve to drill through the plastic wall of the cargo area) but I'd rather get a complete set. The network works well, although shorter than I expected.

My Subaru Luggage Net (P/N F551SSJ000) was part of an add-on pack for my new 2021 Forester.
