Rather spend a little more and get the best set.

Spend your money on something better. The bracket is too short for a 6.4 liter Dodge, had to make a 3 inch extension to get it in line with the hoses, otherwise it looked like it would snap the L shaped rubber hose Cut air intake. The supplied rubber hoses are too thick to put metal plugs on them. Went to AutoZone and bought an oil hose that was a little thinner. I'm sure the oil separator works fine by itself, so I'll leave it. But in hindsight I should have bought a better set.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Hard to say

There are no installation instructions. I had to return it.

I do not recommend this item if you do not have good mechanical skills. There were no instructions so I had to guess which hole was the inlet and which was the outlet. Some parts were too big and there was a small dent in the lid. When you remove the bottom of the jar, you need to make sure the tiny O-ring stays in place so it seals properly. I was supposed to return the item but I was too busy before realizing the item would be PITA.

Pros
  • One-year trial version
Cons
  • Obsolete model

CHEAP FAIL for Oil Filter

THE REMOVER ITSELF IS WELL MADE BUT SOME POOR SUPPORTING COMPONENTS MAY AFFECT IT. MAIN BODY SEAL O-RING MISSING, ONE CHAMBER MISSING COALESCING FILTER, THE OTHER IS INSUFFICIENT QUALITY AND QUANTITY, THE HOSE DOES NOT MATCH THE FITTINGS THAT ARE PRESENT AND THE PACKAGING HAS BAD BENDS. THEY ALSO DO NOT CONTAIN INSTRUCTIONS. IF YOU REPLACE THE HOSE AND O-RING AND GET ENOUGH GOOD COALESCENCE AGENT, YOU CAN BUY THE ORIGINAL, IT'S A COPY.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Modern

Quality control issues, leak catcher

At least everything was in my kit. but then the problems started. The parts didn't quite fit together. They must have sold out and ordered replacements elsewhere, or just poor quality control I think. But when assembled, the cup gasket was too big to fit snugly in the dump valve and the threads stripped when I twisted it together and it offered more resistance than I expected. I didn't stress it too much and tried to land it a few times to be sure and I kept it up most of the time until it…
