Come on, it's a USB hub. Pros: Pretty much the only hub that has a Type B port and is grouped with a power outlet on one side and all 4 ports on the opposite side. side (I need this for a very specific wall mount). This is definitely a good buy if you need to expand your USB ports. It's small, cheap, and accepts external power (although my kit didn't include the power supply needed for it). It works well even without an external power supply. I can use it to charge my HTC Touch, Philips VOX 150 and Philips GoGear 4GB without an external power supply. It also included a cable that allowed it to be connected to two computers. Although not sure why you need it.

This product is an exact replacement for an internal CD/DVD writer. Tech support charged $800 for repairs, but the problem was fixed for just a few dollars well spent. Many Thanks

Great buy so far, not only cheap but with just the black connector I can connect various simpler devices to the device. Really recommend to buy.

I bought this as a PS3 hub. So far everything works fine if all ports are occupied. It didn't come with a power adapter, just a USB cable. According to the instructions, the cable supplies the box with power. Two connections of 500 mA each means that this device draws 1 amp in total. I'm sure it will work fine on any other computer, I only bought it for PS3.

This was just supposed to be a nice little device that would clean up my desk and give me easy access to a bunch of USB ports on my desktop. At first I was able to use it as a charging hub, and then when I actually plugged it into my computer, it roasted my regular keyboard and the lovely gaming mouse that was attached to it, becoming all three devices (mouse, keyboard, hub). useless. . Now I will be very careful what I connect to a USB hub until I know its reliability. I wouldn't risk this hub
