This is a really good material for printing

This is a really good material for printing. It is advisable to dry. Once the printer settings are set up, the layer adhesion is amazing. I've used it on high load gearboxes with excellent results. It's nearly indestructible. My only complaint is the cost. It's a steep premium over other nylons so I'll be looking for cheaper alternatives, but now that I really need a high performance part I'll use this one.

I was suspicious when it was printed crystal clear. I was more suspicious when it flexed and held its curved shape than when it bounced. I was even more suspicious when it crashed. The last test I just did. Look at the picture. Left: Towman bridge voltage test (natural color). Center is a tension test of the natural paint Toulman bridge that I left in hot Rit varnish for 30 minutes. At right is this PETG sold as the Taulman 910 that spent the same 30 minutes in hot Rit dye right next to the…

I don't print toys.

This is the best thread I have ever used for any technical project. With the exception of printing in real nylon, polycarbonate, PEI or PEEK, which are very difficult to process, this is the best filament you can buy. I don't print toys, filaments as weak as PLA are unusable for my purposes. This material prints very firmly and is very durable. After a few rolls of 910's I've found that the dimensional tolerances are fairly accurate even after extrusion testing (at least in bulk) and currently…
