This product is easy to use and I love how the silicone makes it easy to remove the ice cubes. The lid also comes in handy when you put it in the freezer as it prevents spills. Overall a great product. I also like the size of the tray. It fits perfectly in my small freezer and is stackable.

This item is defective! I bought them and washed them thoroughly with dish soap before use. I made ice cubes from the spring water of a mountain valley. After the cubes were made, I poured them into my glass of mountain valley water and noticed all the particles in my water. I thought maybe it was the melting ice. So I waited until the ice had completely melted. The particles stay. I can only conclude that the ice is damaged by plastic from the bowls. Health hazard!

The water in these bowls freezes pretty quickly, but something gets into our drinks from these bowls. No, this is not our water, as we have already tested other bowls. These are the little white flakes that detach from the ice cubes as they begin to melt. Disgusting 🤢 We tried washing them several times, even with boiling water and soaked. Nothing works. It still leaves nasty white flakes in our drinks! We threw them out. We'll just stick with our ice cream machine lol 🤦🏼‍♀️

I must first say that the company's service was friendly and helpful when I emailed them about this issue and they replaced the item. However, both my original ice trays and the replacement trays produce ice that melts, leaving a white film on the water surface and glass. I totally agree with the two-star review recently written by another user: The cubes are ridiculously difficult to remove, mainly due to their small size (more on that later more) and definitely there's something washing out of the shell's lining into cubes, which turn into nasty flakes in the drink as the cubes dissolve.
