Works perfectly! Best in Electronics

Works right out of the box. For switching between shore power and sine wave inverter. Has a 30 second delay before switching to the inverter. I assume this should allow the generator to spin. I would like to reduce this delay, but I can't find any technical support or information on the controller board.

Good buy. for RV parts and accessories

The original on my 1993 Winnebago Elante burned out during power surges when we had recent winter storms. None of the locals had this item in stock and Camping World charged $180 for their item which they had to order. I was able to get this item not only cheaper than CW but also faster with my Revain Prime. My electrician installed it in under an hour and I had no problems. Seems to work GREAT. I have been working with shore power since the installation. If we try this with generator power and

Not working and no way to contact seller

I installed a switch on my RV that toggles between generator and inverter. Installed the system and used it on a trip that worked great for the 3 days we were there. While we were getting ready I switched on the inverter and the switch started making contact and then quickly popped back out. When I use a generator or shore power it clicks in normal light and delivers 110 watts to the van. However, if I use an inverter, the contractor will walk in and out at the counter alert. One star because…

Unit has some weight but gives the impression of good quality

Update May 7th 2016: I used some rubber washers I found in warehouses to put them behind the mounting holes of the device, and now you can only hear the hum if you stand directly in front of it and try to hear it. It's been in production for about a month and I had nothing to worry about. Works 100% as expected so far. I also posted a photo of what the real block looks like. I've added a volt meter to the front of mine so I know what's going on, so don't expect it when you order it. The device…

Not satisfied with the plastic box and mounting screws.

This switch came quickly (2 days) but the product is made of black plastic, not galvanized metal as it might appear in the picture. Also, TRC (Technology Research) was acquired by Southwire and the product is now Southwire. My main complaint after installation was the plastic box. The box is made out of fairly brittle plastic and I was very careful not to overtighten the taps to secure the box to the camper and am worried about the taps breaking on the road while driving. The instructions were…
