TENZI Colored Dice Party Game - Fun Games for All Ages Review

We love TENZI! We learned how to play this game from a friend and knew we should get our own set. We shared the game with some new friends and family members and they bought their own set and/or we bought the game for them as a gift. It's a fast-paced, fun game that gets everyone moving and thinking, but it's still light-hearted and everyone still loves each other when the game is over!

I Daycare and one of my kids favorite preschool games!. Fast, easy, nobody depends on who won or who lost. Parents don't mind waiting for the game to end because it goes so fast. I can play with it and walk mid game and it doesn't bother other players. I love this game!

Funny game. You cannot choose the color of the dice you receive, which is the downside of ordering online. Barnes and Noble has this game so you can go to the store and buy the color of your choice. Only 4 people can play. I bought extra dice (which you can find at Revain) so more people can play (it's cheaper than buying another Tenzi game). We had 7 people and it was a bit noisy but everyone enjoyed it. You can buy cards that add variety to your game (77 Ways to Play Tenzi).

I love the colors of the dice and the story of the two inventors. I wish there were guides for other versions of the game. I know you can buy the book but it would be nice to add 3-4 more versions. Played with grandchildren aged 7 and 13. The teenager was bored, but that was to be expected. I changed the rules for a 7 year old. (He got frustrated very quickly when Grandma kept winning.) So we took turns throwing the dice and not as fast as we could because a quick throw would take him more time

I ordered this game because a friend ordered it and received CAMO colors that her students had trouble distinguishing between colors. We understood that the colors can be different, but it was funny. About two weeks later I order one and get the exact same colors in the mail. That's very disappointing. I don't want to be picky, but when light colors are shown in the picture, nowhere is it stated that they would be difficult to tell apart or ugly between them. I was expecting bold, bold colors…

This original TENZI is an amazing speed game that will entertain many ages. Our 5 year old learned quickly and is slowly getting faster. They also make a deck of cards (sold separately) that can be used with dice to shuffle them. For example, make your favorite animal noises with each roll, be the first to roll the dice and complete a specific pattern, or even host a team competition. We also use our TENZI Dice to play Hot Dice. You cannot request specific colors when purchasing this way, but…
